We have new templates and an updated artwork manual available. Please download them here
http://www.recordindustry.com/audio-artwork/artwork-specs and make sure all artwork will be supplied in our new templates. When supplying artwork, please supply a low res reference, showing the artwork in the correct templates. For re-orders, our printer will check the artwork and place it in the new templates.
